Slow jazz

There is nothing like slow jazz. I love going to my favorite bar, the Old Apple, and relaxing to some smooth tunes while sipping on some wine. The good interior design phoenix and soothing atmosphere make a combination that makes you drift off into a world of dreams. Nothing to exciting ever happens there, and it’s not very loud. All around you people are relaxing and the person on stage is pouring whatever sad story they have to tell into a saxophone. There’s really nothing like it. Some people like that old school rock and roll, but you’ll never see me on the dance floor. I like my jazz.

Ebook

Most people do not know that I am currently working on an e-book dealing with anxiety and panic attacks. This is a disorder that over 3 million Americans suffer with but usually either goes untreated or has a Band-Aid put over (aka drugs are given). These drugs are typically addictive as your body craves them more and more. I feel as though the healthcare industry should be exposed for what it really is all about, and that is to make money no matter what costs.

I am a very strong will person

| Comments off

My best are that I am a very strong will person who is good in the even that someone tries to peer pressure me into something that I have no interest in participating in. I also am a black belt in karate so this is an excellent characteristic because everyone knows to not mess with. My best physical features are my naturally curly blond hair, which is something very unique. I also have big blue eyes that most people have never saw eyes that are naturally so blue.

US Navy Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy...

Image via Wikipedia

I look forward to my husband who is a chief in the US Navy being home and not being out in the middle of the ocean. I also look forward to teaching our son new words and seeing how he learns and grows mentally and physically every single day. It makes me happy to know that our son is such a good person and gets along well with everyone he comes into contact with. He is 3 and never been in a day care environment. He is the best behaved kid that we have ever met and I feel this is one of the reasons why.

Eventful one for our family

| Comments off

This past week had been a very eventful one for our family. My husband and I have one child, a son. We lost our baby girl in 2010 and have longed for another child but couldn’t decide when the time was right. Obviously now was a good time because we just found out that I am 5 weeks pregnant. We are trying to sell our vehicle for an SUV so we are looking at getting a new Navigator or a new Cadillac. We have been out and about all weekend vehicle shopping and trying to “talk down” car dealerships here in TN.

No one in the world

I would make sure that no one in the world was left without food or a home to live in. If you have a home, then share yours with someone who doesn’t have one. I would also get these losers who live off my tax paying dollars off welfare and into a job position. I would also make sure that every single animal was adopted and loved by someone. Someone out there is always looking for a new pet to bring into their home and instead of buying from a breeder I think they should get a homeless pet that may not make it without their help.

I enjoy 80’s music

| Comments off

I enjoy 80’s music the most because it reminds me of my childhood. I was born in 1982, and my cousins and I used to listen to 80’s stars (like Tiffany) and stand on my dresser with a mirror and sing like we were a big rock star. We would even style our hair so we looked just like her. My least favorite music is western/bluegrass. Listening to all those banjos makes my heart rate rise and makes me really nervous. My people think that I am crazy being as my hometown is where Lester Flatt played at many times.

From TN to Canada

Deutsch: Smithsonian Institution Building, 185...

Image via Wikipedia

The farthest away from home I traveled was about a 48 hours driving time, from TN to Canada. My grandfather used to take us on random trips that were not planned. Basically he got up one morning, said “hey let’s all go to Canada pack your stuff you have 1 hour”. We packed up our stff and off we went. When en route we went thru Washington DC, took pictures at the white house and capitol building. Once we made it to our destination it was about 4:00am and there were no hotels, or even motels available. We drove around a few hours and still found nothing. We went to a rest area and rested a few hours and traveled around taking pictures of the sights and sounds. Then headed back to Tn.

Make Fun Awards

| Comments off

Ever made some fun awards for your friends? Maybe it’s the end of the school year, and you want to recognize your friends for the way they have made you feel over the course of the past two semesters. Maybe one of them has made you feel really good during a point of tragedy in your life, or maybe one of them has done nothing but make the rest of you laugh all year. All you need is a box of certificate paper and a color printer, and you can make some cool designs using Microsoft Publisher or another application.

Local military exchange store

| Comments off

If I had $1000.00 for a shopping spree I would use it at the local military exchange store, because we do not have to pay any tax on good that we purchase. I would probably buy a Coach purse and wallet set. I would then head over to the Clinique counter and purchase a large make up kit that include over 200 shades of eye shadow. These sets are pretty expensive and typically I would never splurge on something such as that for myself. I am hoping they would have a free gift with purchase available that say as well, because everyone loves free.
